Dispersal station
The dispersing station is used for dust-free emptying of materials packed in bags.
The device can be connected to central aspiration or equipped with a local aspiration unit. To simplify the work, the grate of the station is supplemented with a knife, on which the bag is placed and which is cut through by its own weight. Subsequently, the operator breaks the bag and dumps the material. A screw conveyor can be installed at the outlet of the station for dosing materials into the dosing scale, or the material can fall freely into the customer’s downstream technology.
The size and final shape of the station can be adjusted according to specific requirements.
