Bagging scales BRUTTO
It is a semi-automatic service device. The entire work cycle takes place according to the set program given by the control and evaluation unit. The device can be operated in the ambient temperature range: -5 to 40C in areas without explosion hazard.
The device is intended for filling loose or granulated raw materials from pre-stores into bags. Screw, vibrating or belt conveyors can be used as filling cells.
The bagging scale consists of its own tensometric bridge with dimensions of 800×800 mm, to which a suspension structure with a clamping neck dia. 250 mm.
The bridge is covered with bent sheet metal and placed in an anchor frame with a support. Above it is placed a screw conveyor dia. 90 mm, shut-off tire flap and drain; which are separated from their own weight by an impermeable textile seal.
The individual parts of the bagging scale are made of sheets and profiles of ordinary structural steel.
Surface treatment – powder paint (shade according to agreement).
