Bagging scales NETTO
Net bagging scales are used for filling loose materials into open bags with higher performance than gross bagging scales. With these scales, it is possible to achieve a performance of up to 400 bags/hour.
With NETTO bagging scales, the dose is prepared in the scale tank, from which it is discharged into a clamped bag, thereby minimizing the time lost for handling the filled package, in addition, it is possible to use two scales for one clamping point. An overview of the parameters of the scales can be found in the attached catalog sheet.
Possibilities for clamping open bags:
- pneumatic collet neck – suitable for all types of open bags (paper, PE, PP) and for lower outputs up to approx. 100 bags/hour
- pneumatic inflatable neck – suitable for paper multi-layer bags, the advantage is the perfect sealing of the filled package.
Bagging scales can be supplemented with follow-up devices:
- belt conveyor for removing bags, including supports against cutting down bags,
- belt conveyor can be stored on height-adjustable supports (manual, electric)
- stand-up sewing of bags, optionally with bag trimming, folding, insertion of crepe tape
- impulse welder for PP/PE bags
- a crossbar for cutting down sacks.
