Line for filling BIG-BAGs and sacks
This assembly enables the optional filling of BIG-BAG bags and open bags. The equipment consists of a station for filling BIG BAG bags and a gross bag scale.
The material is dispensed from one common pre-stock either by gravity or by a dispensing belt conveyor both into BIG-BAG bags and sacks.
The bagging scale can be supplemented with follow-up devices:
- belt conveyor for moving bags, including supports against cutting down bags and a crossbar for cutting them down, the belt conveyor can be stored on height-adjustable supports
- height-adjustable supports of the displacement conveyor
– manual control
– electric motor control - stand-up sewing of bags, optionally with bag trimming, folding, insertion of crepe tape
- impulse welder for PP/PE bags.
