Technology – production of dry mixes
The production line is designed as a “tower”, where the material from one production floor to a lower floor falls by itself gravimetrically. This eliminates devices such as elevators, conveyors, etc., i.e. devices that return materials to the required height for further processing, as is the case, for example, with a “row” arrangement of the line.
On the contrary, the disadvantage of the tower layout can be the height of the building. The choice of line concept depends on specific conditions.
The entire line is controlled by a computer control system and works automatically.
